For whatever between the last time I streamed and now (which includes an OBS studio update somewhere between there) I'm unable to stream when I capture my Elgato Game Capture HD. If I take it out as a source I can stream fine and get a normal bitrate and everything. But as soon as I re-add it I start streaming and the bitrate sits at kb/s: 0.
I've tried reinstalling both OBS and the Elgato driver and software and my next attempt is going to be using an older version of OBS studio but for now, here's my current log file and any help would be appreciated because I can't find anything else to fix this.
