Question / Help Cant stream at all

when i try to stream on you tube and play a game everything freezes. While im on desktop everything is fine but when i play a game everything starts to freeze. Here's an example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BMAvlGZlmuc also my pc isn't trash. Heres my settings. My pc has a i5 6600k overclocked, 16gb ddr4 ram, r9 390.

You really shouldn't be trying to stream with the AMD encoder.
