Cant stream after uninstalling and installing again

I uninstalled OBS and installed it again clean.

My stream provider says there is no problem on their end.

I selected the available video device.

This is a new thread since the last one had some complaints about someone hijacking the thread

Well, the log tells this:

Try a test stream to another service (youtube/twitch/trovo/ect) just to see if it works.
And of course check the plugins.

If I try to stream to youtube...twitch will it need a stream key?
Could my problem be something with NordVPN?

I changed the security choice that NordLynx was for to another of their choices and it worked fine.
