Hello guys, before i upgrade my pc to win 10 i could stream with my "low end pc"

As you guys can see, in spite of my bad pc i could stream and people were watching it. Thats why i decided to switch win 10. It gaves me basically more and more performance. For instance i was playing r6 siege with 25 fps and now i can 60, i use cpu less and i use less ram. But when i try to stream, i can only stream my desktop. When i switch to the game screen OBS makes drops and makes it literally 2 fps and it drops every 4 seconds.
I suspect i did something wrong from my OBS settings after upgrading the PC to win 10. Can somebody help me ? I have Teamviewer kind of stuff too.
