Can't stop music from auto-playing

I have a local audio file I use for background music but recently its been annoyingly starting itself even though its visibility has been turned off.

I need help to get this to stop or have it reported as a bug because I wish to enable it manually when needed but currently every time I start OBS the audio file begins to play & I have to manually stop it.
