Question / Help Can't start streaming with AMD

Yesterday mid stream I realized that some of the problems I was having were due to not using my hardware to encode on. I switched it today and it wouldnt start. I then updated all drivers and obs and tried again. Now it doesnt even give me the option to encode on hardware and still wont start. help please? link to the logs.

Update AMD graphics drivers. If unable to update drivers, could go back to older OBS-Studio version. https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/releases

The plugin can be downgraded separately from obs-studio, though I do not recommend it. It is far easier to upgrade your drivers if possible.
