Question / Help Can't start recording or streaming since update

Updated to 17.0.2 and can't get stream to start or recording to start. I have uninstalled/reinstalled and changed my stream key and updated it in OBS Studio. Any more suggestions?

Roll back your nvidia drivers.

I have the same problems. Encoder does not work. I installed older version of obs. Also not work. Nvidea did something in a update i think last week. Solution us to use encoder x264. Then must work. With me it worked. I think obs must make quick a new update of the encoders.

It works. Thank you guys so much. I just changed the encoder settings to software x264 and it started right up!

yep, without NVENC it works BUT its shitty video. It lags, freezes just doesnt record smooth
