Question / Help Can't set Video Adapter (Ubuntu 14.10)

So, I recently decided that I wanted to start livestreaming World of Warcraft, so I downloaded OBS since it's what I used when I still had Windows. However, as soon as I went into the settings to set everything to what it needed to be, I noticed that I was not able to set my video adapter to anything, and because of that, it would just stream a black screen. I was wondering if anybody knew what's up, and how to fix it.

Having "Video Adapter" blank on Linux is normal if you only have 1 GPU: this option allows to choose between several GPU (ex. Optimus laptops with a NVidia GPU & an integrated Intel Graphics chipset)

Your black screen problem must come from another place so please post a log file.

The list of video adapters is currently unimplemented. Furthermore, it may not be possible to set the adapter in OpenGL, and I don't think you should have to. Should work fine regardless.

(I might have to make that list box invisible if the rendering back-end doesn't have the capability.)
