Question / Help Cant seem to stream without a lot of dropped frames

I need help trying to stream i have tried streaming with 1280x720 at 30 fps and with like 800 bitrate and that is the only way i dont the stream doesnt lag and if i try to put it up to 1500 i get a lot of dropped frames my specs are Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7850 and my Processor: Intel i5 2500k and when i play the game i dont get any lag. If someone can help that would be great
