First of all, pardon me for being relatively new to all this video connection setups - it could very well be that I don't have my understanding of how to use the Decklink card solid. But I'm struggling to understand why I can't see video in either the BlackMagic ATEM Studio TV Switcher or OBS.
I have a Dell PC with a Black Magic Decklink Duo 2 card and an ATEM Video Switcher. I also run ProPresenter as the presentation software for my powerpoints and other images. Decklink Duo (1) (SDI-1) is connected to input1 on the switcher. Decklink Duo (3) (SDI-2) is connected to input6 on the switcher. ProPresenter screen is configured to use SDI-2. One of my cameras is connected to input3 on the switcher.
Now the camera feed shows on the switcher's multiview and the ProPresenter output also shows on the multiview. However, there is no video on the multiview for the Dell computer and OBS doesn't see anything on Decklink Duo (1) regardless of the resolution settings I may choose (I use 1060i59.4).
Here is a diagram showing the basic connections:
Any help is appreciated.
