I did exactly what was mentioned here but it still doesn't appear in OBS - any idea why?

As the image itself is showing, OBS supports VST 2 plugins
It is planed to add support for VST 3 but it takes time and a developer needs to take this into his tasks.

This is very interesting to me personally as I use the RX7 plugins from Izotope. Is there any chance that if you contact Izotope, or look thru their available plugins, that you can get RX7 because it is like a earlier version of RX11? You have the Izotope Product Portal and maybe you can choose VST2 versions of your plugins? Because I use my RX7 every time I use OBS.
Because it was a surprize to me that I even had these RX7 plugins, I went back and looked carefully at where I acquired them. Found the invoice for 0 dollars from Plugin Boutique as an add on to my 5 or 10 dollar acquisition there of the Iris synth. They no longer sell the RX7 plugins there. You can't find them on a search there anyways.
