Can't scroll down past the S's in filter options with new update 31.1.2. It stops at scroll.

Hi,
For some reason when I scroll down in the filter options it stops at scroll. I know for sure I have more effects like user defined shaders. Any way of fixing this without reinstalling? Thanks.

Update: For some reason the two options I tried didn't work. Scrolling with the mouse and pressing on that down arrow didn't work, but pressing the down arrow on my mac keyboard did work. Thanks.
