Can't Resolve Choppy Recordings

I am trying to record gameplay and no matter what settings I use (in game and in OBS), the recordings playback with noticeable lag. I am trying to record The Outer Worlds and while this is the most graphic intensive game I have tried to record thus far, my computer can run it at pretty high settings with no issues,but like I said no matter how low I drop them, the recording will have issues.

I have attached a log file and by the looks of it, I'm barely dropping nay frames. Although, I am new to all of this so I could be misinterpreting the log.
