Bug Report Can't Resize Docks

I can no longer resize docks. I get the little resizing symbol but clicking it does nothing. I'm using version 24.0.1 on Windows 10. I recently added two custom browser docks.

Fixed. kenshinesca figured it out...

"It was a setting in the advanced settings in obs. It's the hotkeys setting, it was set to disable hotkeys when window is in focus, apparently it disables resizing docks too. It should be set to never disable hotkeys."
