I have multiple scenes set up on my broadcast for our church. I recently made some changes to the audio input and that is now causing problems. The "line in" source now appears in all of my scenes. If I mute it in one scene its muted in others. I have tried to hide it, but it hides on all the scenes. How do I remove the line in from just some selected scenes?

It seems you configured your "line in" device as global audio device in Settings > Audio. These devices are available unconditionally in every scene. To have a source in some scenes but not in all, you need to create a "audio input capture" (mic/line in devices) or "audio output capture" (speakers, headphones) source to one scene. Then add this source with the "add existing" option to the other scenes as well. This way the source is only present where you want it. Using the "add existing" option for the additional scenes is important, otherwise you access the audio device multiple times, which could lead to issues.
