Bug Report Can't record/ stream 60 fps

I don't know why OBS won't let me record in 60 fps like i used to. I don't think that me running a game over a constant 60 fps and above has to do with anything because in the past I've been able to record in 60 fps. Does it have to do with the two different monitors I'm using? Or is this just a problem that nobody knows how to solve yet? I love OBS and want it to be the best as possible, but this problem is very frustrating

You're overloading your videocard.
You should also turn gaming mode in windows' settings OFF.

Thanks! turning off gaming mode made it a steady 60 fps but when the video is done recording and i review it, it's really choppy although recorded in 60 fps. Is this because I'm using a 144 hz monitor? or is there something that i have to disable/enable?

That log shows the recording should be performing better. Have you tried disconnecting your secondary display (the one connected to your motherboard)?

No I have not. Would disconnecting the second monitor help it stabilize? And if i were to connect both monitors to the same gpu would it lower the performance?

Is there a solution to this? I disconnected the monitor connected to the motherboard and it still, looks choppy
