Question / Help Can't record screen + wrong window capture

Hiya everyone! So basically I'm currently running into two issues when using OBS:
1) I can't properly record my entire display (both #1 and #2), as OBS will transform them down to [Scale: 0x0] and when rescaled only outputs blank. I've tried this with administrative permissions aswell, but it doesn't help. Here's the log file for this issue: https://obsproject.com/logs/hluJlucxzK3dLB2W
2) Another funny issue is that when I instruct OBS to record Visual Studio Code, it instead records the Discord window, even when instruced to match the window title exactly. Log file is here: https://obsproject.com/logs/EFDp1av33yBj1pNS

Does anyone have any ideas? Do you think this is a bug? Let me know :)

Yes, I do own a laptop. No, OBS runs on the GPU. I've configured that in the control panel.

I got screen recording fixed by doing a hard reset on my GPU and reinstalling the drivers for the internal GPU. The second issue still persists.
