Question / Help Can't record or stream. I get an error

Everytime that I click record or stream it fails and I get an error that reads:

Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.
Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date.

I have not updated my video drivers at all however I have updated the kernel multiple times.
It used to work just fine.

Kernel 5.5.8-1
GPU Driver Version: 418.113
Asus ROG GL702VS-AH73
GPU: GTX 1070 Max-q

I have tried reinstalling it several times even deleting the cached package in pacman's cache. It still happens.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
