Question / Help Can't Record Game Audio

Hello, I am trying to record my game Robocraft.
But no matter what I do I can't get any audio recorded at all.
My OBS Studio is set to record Default, and I also tried Speakers but that didn't do anything.

Yes I do.

What media player are you checking your recordings with?

Windows Media Player.

Could you show your audio settings in OBS? If you could show us Settings->Audio, Settins->Output->Recording, Edit->Advanced Audio Properties that can help troubleshooting.

Also. Try playing it in something like VLC to rule out any codec issues or such. Windows Media Player isn't exactly the top player in that department.

Just play the file back in a decent media player like VLC or MPC-HC. WMP is the problem here.

Is Power Media Player good?
I don't have VLC or MPC-HC

I have no idea, how about trying one of the two mentioned. They're both free.

It also had no audio in Windows Movie Maker, which will be quite a problem considering I edit with that.

Like WMP, WMM is also a pile of hot garbage. Use a better editor.

Okay, I chose OpenShot Video Editor.
I will tell you if this fixes the audio problem,
