Can't Record Game Audio

I am using and AverMedia Ultra capture card and I am trying to record the game audio separate from my mic and the party chat audio. I have seperated the into 3 different tracks and i am getting my mic audio with the video and separately getting desktop/party audio. But my gameplay audio is not getting recorded. I am gaming via and Xbox series X. Any help will be so much appreciated since I am trying to learn editing software. First time posting sorry if that was a bit confusing.
