Question / Help cant record CSGO in normal framerate

My specs
8gb 3200mhz
Rx 570 4gb
Ryzen 5 1600 @3,2
(CSGO is running on SSD)

Normally i play Csgo in Hd and i have average 130fps
If i want to record the 130fps are going to 40-100 Fps and the recording is actually on 100-2 fps
