Question / Help Can't Record [AMD Encoder]

I can't record using my AMD encoder. Everytime I choose it in settings and try and record, a message saying that trying to record failed appears.

Tried installing the AMD Encoder plugin, but it didn't seem to help at all. Anyone know what to do?
