Question / Help Can't record 120fps

Idk i've seen a lot of youtubers upload their settings, where they record in 240fps and i can't even record in 120fps without my game lagging?
I just upgraded to a i7 7700 4.2ghz but it doesn't seem to work.
Anyways i have 16 gb ram and a gtx1070, my logs is down below idk if you can see anything in them but yeah :

Before somebody says (you only need 60fps) it legit looks disgusting in minecraft if you record 60fps.

Did you even attempt to record at 120fps? The log file doesn't even show any recording attempt at all and it appears to be configured for only 60fps.

I say, that 30fps is better.
The best is when rendering = capturing = playback fps.

Capturing differ from gaming. The first one - is show, the second one - is fun.
