Question / Help Can't Open Recordings

Hello there, I'm a new user and I am having some trouble. When I press "show recordings" it brings me to my videos folder and I see the files that are the recordings, however, they all have Internet Explorer icons. When I press open, they don't open, they start and almost immediately stop. I have Windows 10. Should I install internet explorer, or is that irrelevant? Thanks.

You saved them probably as FLV. Go to File > Remux recordings, select your FLV, and click Remux to convert them quickly to MP4.
