Cant open OBS in Windows 11

Tonight when i went to open obs on Windows 11 it would not open. I get an error that i may not have enough memory or the gpu is not compatable. Memory is definitely not the issue. I tried everything i could think of. Restarted the computer. Uninstalled and re installed OBS...still will not open. I have never had an issue until today. Any suggestions would be most welcomed.

I should add that the error message says Failed to initialize video, your GPU may not be supported or your graphic drivers need to be updated
