Question / Help Cant load Locale/en

Trying to start the latest OSX Catalina version. Getting this. None of the Menu Taskbar options work.

This is the crash log from OBS.

Looking at my CrqashLogs, I see it's trying to load

Its looking for this.
Failed to load 'en-US' text for module: 'decklink-ouput-ui.so'

and also ...

[Python] Could not load library: libpython3.6m.dylib

I have libpython3.7m.dylib on my machine in
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Library/Frameworks/Python3.framework/Versions/3.7/lib/python3.7/config-3.7m-darwin/libpython3.7.dylib
