Hello, i cant keep a connection with twitch.
If i stream wth 10 bitrate or 3000 bitrate that didnt matter, i start the stream with high quality, everything looking great, but at random times, it disconnect from servers and after, like, 2 seconds, its reconnect.
My internet is fine, everything looks okey, i tried 5 different servers and keep the same.

I tried almost everything, with firewall off, i opened the 1935 port, tested another program / another streaming site as hitbox, and keep disconnecting :(

It has nothing to do with your brother's PC per se.

Rather the issue is that you only have so much bandwidth, and every device on your network eats up said bandwidth. So you streaming makes your brother's PC connection slower, and him using his PC eats into the available bandwidth for you to stream with.

If you have a router that supports QoS (Quality of Service), you could try setting it up so that your streams going out have higher priority, but such is outside the bounds of this post. You'll have to get some serious Google-fu going (and learn a ton) if you want to adventure out into the realms of QoS to prioritize/optimize your connection.

How can be my internet if its works 100% without drop, and then, without reason its disconnect, after 1s reconnect?
I run a stream test for like 12h without drops, when i come back home and stop the test and start to stream, its started to drop again.

Because that's the way the internet works. It's not a magical-always-works-the-same-100%-available-for-your-personal-usage beast that you can just start streaming and everything/everyone gets out of the way for you to use it.

Welcome to consumer internet.
