Question / Help Cant install OBS

Good days guys. I already downloaded additional files for OBS such as Visual C++ x64 and x84 but whenever I set up OBS it still says that I should install both. Yes I already installed both and im currently using Windows 7 SPE1

You need to make sure your windows updates are up to date.
