Question / Help Cant install OBS

When i try to install obs the error "missing components for obs" keeps on popping up even if i have installed
vcredist both x64 and x82 please help me fix this

Then from the link above, choose: "All supported x64-based versions of Windows 7" (or KB2999226) and "All supported x86-based versions of Windows 7" packages files - you need to try to install both of them.

Hi, I'm using Windows 7 SP1 x64 (on this PC, I haven't run Windows Update since 2013 - using it only offline for one job (DJing), I have different PC for other things) and here's how you can run latest OBS Studio version if you haven't updated your Windows 7.
Download Visual C++ 2015-2019 as recommended.
Download this pack with DLL files and copy them into Windows/System32
Install OBS.
Pack: Please use it at your own risk, it worked for me, but I cannot guarantee it will work for you.
