Bug Report Can't install OBS studio 0.13.4

Hello =)

I try to update OBS studio today to 0.13.4.

But I encouter some problem the installation stop at a particular point when trying to copy QT5Core.dll see the atached picture.

There is nothing much than this on the screen.

So here are other info

I uninstalled the previous version in case it cause problan and now :

0.13.3 installer was working fine and said version of OBS studio too but now show the same error whith the same dll.
Windows 7 pro 64 bits

When this occurred to me, I just discovered that I had OBS running in the background. Closing it fixed the problem. Go to your Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc), and make sure your old OBS isn't running (check the "Processes" tab). You could also locate the OBS Studio folder and just delete it manually and see if that fixes things.
