Cant install error to extract the file

Ok so im trying to install obs to make a gaming channel and I wanna record my vids on obs but it wont let me extract I've got the appropriate storage

I've tried restarting the process and deleting it and trying it again
any solutions btw by restarting it means I close it and open it again
