I use the new Nvenc Lossless .MP4 Recordings (i tried .mkv and .mov also with the same prob....)
After using the Adobe Support we came to the point to try using Handbreake.
The Files i get from Handbreake i can Import without any Problem but this couldn't the Solution it worked in the past without it.
What Changed in OBS that i have so much Problems with the Files???

Save your OBS recordings in .mkv format then, on the main OBS window, select File--->Remux recordings to convert them to .mp4 and try again.

i've tried remuxing my OBS-generated mkv files in both OBS and VLC, but i still have a problem with them in Premiere Pro. They import okay, but they're not very responsive when i move the playhead around. i make a lot of videos where i overlay graphics. When i'm putting graphics in front of a remuxed mkv file, and i touch the x/y position controls, the graphics vanish off the screen! Is there a way to convert these remuxed mkv files to make them more stable and usable in Premiere?

Try setting the keyframe interval to 1 second. This will reduce how much has to be processed to recreate b-frames during seeking.
