Can't hear Video Capture Device's audio anymore, even though it's set to "Monitor and Record"

All of a sudden, OBS isn't playing back my device's audio anymore.

I see that it detects audio just fine.
And I have Audio Monitoring set to "Monitor and Output".
But I can't hear it anymore, and the Windows sound mixer doesn't seem to detect any audio coming from OBS.

Anyone know what might be causing the issue? This only just started happening and I haven't changed any of my settings.

Edit: After 3 computer restarts and a restart of OBS it suddenly started working again.
