I want to have music I can cue with a hotkey at the end of my gaming livestreams. I added the music I wanted as a media source, and set it to play from the beginning when I make it "visible". I could see the volume indicator in the mixer moving when I cued the music, but I could not hear it, so I clicked the gear wheel on the mixer and set the track in question to "Monitor and Output".
Now when I cue the music, I can hear it for less than a half second and that's it. I can still see the volume indicators moving as the music continues to "play" through output. I also recorded this and checked the recording, confirming that it plays with no problem in output.
I really need to be able to hear it while I'm streaming, because the end of the music will cue the end of my outro and the stream.
Anyone know how to fix this problem? Is this a bug?
I'm using Streamlabs by the way, I hope this is the right place to ask about this.
