Just some things to try (shot in the dark):
1. Reset your stream key.
2. Copy and Paste your updated stream key.
3. Run the twitch test tool and make sure you are using the best ingest server.
Outside of that, wish I could be of more help. Just wanted to throw something out there for you to try, just in case.
