Can't get two USB cams working at same time.

I have 2 USB cameras. One is Logitech, the other is a generic. Both cameras work in windows. One camera in OBS will work only if I deactivate one first.
I tried restarting OBS
I tried Rebooting my PC
I tried plugging each web cam into different USB ports instead of a hub.
both cameras use generic Windows 11 drivers. AFAIK neither company have drivers for these devices.
I read that USB controllers can handle up to 3 web cams at the same time. I only have 2 so should be working.

What I am trying to do is have one camera on me while the other camera is on my desktop, or my guitar, drawing/coloring, or something else I am trying to demonstrate.

I don't care how I have to do it, I just need the fastest solution that works. Maybe I need to buy an internal USB card? not sure if I have room for it but would be a possible avenue of research if that is the route to take.

What else can I do??

My apologies, in my original post I said a needed something fast. My bad and I'm sorry. I meant to say, was trying to say, I was looking for a solution that would take me little time to implement, not that I expected anyone to jump when I snap my fingers

Anyhoo yeah that's all.

From the link R1ch posted download the application and run. That will detail your computer's USB hub(s) and ports. This will allow you to see where the cameras are connected and rearrange if necessary.

I finally did get this working, and in the process uncovered some confusing info out there for newbies like me. far be it for me to suggest anyone's help was not sufficient. In my case, it took a lot of info from a lot of different sources before I figured this out. (THC products may or may not have been involved so I plead the fifth)

I bought I powered USB hub and plugged everything into it EXCEPT my video capture devises. I now have 3 cams plugged directly into the Mother board's USB ports. Lights, Mic, headphones, other devices, storage, are all on the hub, externally powered so as not to overtax my psu.

I didn't need to do anything in tracking down what USB controllers where what, and installing tools and whatnot. Each cam is just plugged directly into the motherboard and they just seem to work.

Now I can see all my cams at the same time in OBS. Thank you everyone!!
