Can't get Twitch To Stream Though OBS - MAC

Just bought the Elgato HD60. Using my Mac Pro (Specs at the bottom of this post). Basically hooked everything up, Youtubed how to go through OBS using the Window Capture feature and then Game Capture HD software. Everything looks good until I actually press "stream". On the viewers end, all they see on my twitch channel is a black screen. Says "Live" and you can hear audio but you cannot see absolutely anything. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong? Please let me know if you need any details from me to better help you recognize the problem. I've tried streaming directly through the "Game Capture HD" software that elgato provides and it works fine. Don't know what I'm doing wrong with OBS. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also, just tried this, but when I record using OBS, also records nothing but a black screen with audio.
