Question / Help Can't get rid of the pixelation

Hello ,
I have some problems with my recordings in OBS Studio 22.0.2
I wanted to start a youtube channel but first I made some tests in Outlast 2.
I've tried everything , still , can't get rid of the pixelation..
Those are my settings atm

Don't record with CBR, as it wastes diskspace, use CQP or VBR instead. CQP with a setting of 16 is recommended (lower value = higher quality).

Also, youtube does it's own processing of the video when you upload, and there isn't really anything to do about that.

I did that , still pixelated . I've tried ShadowPlay same thing...... I have I7 6700k , GTX 1060 . Maybe its my Hard Drive that causes the problem...

It shouldn't be the harddrive. If it was, you'd see skipped frames instead of pixelation.
Also, test the recording by watching it before uploading it to youtube, to see if it has pixelation there as well.
