Question / Help Can't get rid of double screen

I'm sure this is a dumb questions but I need help with it.

OBS has been working fine and I just use the display capture to make recordings of videos that are playing. But today, I was going to try and capture a video that was only covering part of the screen so I tried to use the "window capture" so I could just capture that part of the screen. Anyway, now I have two OBS displays side by side and I can't get rid of one so I'm back to the single screen. I even tried to uninstall and then reinstall OBS but it still came back double.

What do I need to do?

Unfortunately, the checked state of the Recording/Streaming buttons may confuse the user, because only Studio Mode button from Controls is true double state button.

This is by design.
