Question / Help Can't get OBS to work AT ALL in Catalina

If I install the stable version, then it opens fine, but I can't change cameras because OBS crashes if I do so.

Then, if I install the Catalina temp fix, OBS simply can't open. OS X says that the file is damaged and must be sent to the bin.

If I use the Terminal method, then it also crashes eventually, and the NDI plugin doesn't work.

In a nutshell, all I want is to run OBS with NDI Skype working.

Is it possible? If so, then how?

Off the top of my head:

1) wait for a fix
2) downgrade MacOS
3) Boot into Windows

There's a reason why there's a sticky warning that OBS isn't compatible with Catalina, and why myself and others made many, many posts warning users of OBS not to upgrade to Catalina, and in my particular case, not to upgrade past High Sierra.
