Can't get OBS to record

Hi -
I installed OBS on Windows 10 and when trying to record I get "Starting the Output Failed. Please check the log for details."

I upgraded my graphic card driver to the latest that was on the Intel site from 6/26/2020 so I dont' think that is the issue. I tried keeping the default settings and also playing around with them but they all give the same error. I tried recording a stream and also tried recording the black screen and I get the same error.

Your installation is damaged. Reinstall OBS.

Thank you - I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but I was getting the same error with the 64 bit version so I uninstalled it again and installed the 32 bit version and it is working so it seems like something is wrong with the current 64 bit version.
