Can't get OBS to properly boot up

Just installed OBS earlier today and while it shows up in the Task Manager, the program itself never actually boots up. Checked in the log files and saw a few errors but looking them up online just showed results about how they were to do with optional modules. Did try rebooting a few times, nothing has worked.

I've already made sure all of my drivers are updated. Only problem I can think of is my machine being too old/underpowered, which would be a bummer but understandable.

Reinstalling the program worked. Not sure why I didn't try that in the first place.

Please be aware that OBS only officially supports Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 per https://obsproject.com/download
It appears you may be on Windows 7 based on Windows Version: 6.1 Build 7601.
