Can't Get OBS to DL - Stops Immediatley 0 dl

I've attempted many attempts to DL OBS to my Mac Pro. Each attempt results in: abs-mac-27.1.3dmg Zero KB of 136.2MB - Stopped. I'm pretty computer savvy at age 71 :) Apple support couldn't resolve the issue as well! Software updated. Shut down and restarted. Double check Safari presence! Even tried dl from a friend link via his computer. Ideas? ~ Cheers ~

Finally discovered the solution! Had to generate a second (new) account on my MacBook Pro. Logged off and restarted using the new account which to my surprise permitted me to finally DL the program.
