Hey! So i've been like a week trying to figure out the perfect settings to stream csgo, and other games, and I can't find it. I think I've tried it all but can't figure it out. First of all here are my specs:

Internet Speed:
40 mb/s DOWNLOAD
6 mb/s UPLOAD

Intel Core i5 4440 @ 3.10ghz

8gb RAM

Nvidia GT 740

Monitor: 1360x768

This is the best I could get: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mspLazVoN6I

CURRENT OBS SETTINGS:

Bitrate: 2100

Encoder: x264

Encoder profile: Veryfast

Base resolution: 1360x768

Output Resolution: 1360x768

Downscale Filter: Bicubic

FPS: 29.97

Thanks in advance.

The video you attached looks very good. A 2100kbps, 720p, Veryfast stream is always going to have the graphical glitches shown in your video, especially after YouTube re-encodes it (which will always make it look much worse, as well).

If you want it to look better, try raising the kbps to 3000 and lowering the x264 speed. The former will make it harder for your stream viewers to watch (they'll need faster internet), and the latter will make the stream harder for your CPU to run ('slower' x264 speeds means that it'll dedicate more CPU time to improving the video quality).

Your video looks exactly as I'd expect from the settings you provided.

[EDIT] Which is to say, the video looks fine.
