Can't get microphone working when using maonoCaster - AU-AM200 with OBS- Studio

Seems to be an OBS issue, or I simply haven't set things up right. I can hear myself in the monitor of the device. But nothing coming through to OBS itself. I have tried adding it in as an additional audio source and confirmed monitoring in OBS is on. Not sure where to go from here. Any help / suggestions would be apprceiated.

Running Windows 10.
Device is connected via USB.
Mic into Mic #1
Windows sound set to the Moano device output
Windows sound input set to Moana device microphone.
