Question / Help Cant get good quality

I am running OBS 64x on a windows 10 laptop with nvidia geforce gtx (960m) graphics card and intel core i7

I've tried millions of videos to make the output quality better but it never gets any better
Please help me

use tools -> auto config wizard

and post log from a recording/stream, if you want us to have a look at your settings
