Cant get game sound only chat. elgato with ps4 and obs

I was getting chat sound but no game sound. I dont know what the issue is ive done everything. now chat sounds bad and still no game sound.
playstation
elgato HD60S
windows pc
obs studio
chat link to game remote with razor headphones
any help greatly appreciated.

no one has had this issue? cant get game or chat. i realize chats coming off possibly the camera
