Can't Get Facebook Live Stream Key

All of a sudden, I can't get a Facebook Live stream key. The "Create Live Stream" page won't open. See attached. When I click on the blue "Create Live Stream" nothing happens.

For last 6 months, I've been using facebook.com/live/producer/

I had the same problem with that for about a day, then all of a sudden it cleared up and started working.
