Cant get custom transition

Hi, was wondering if someone could help me.

There is no plus or minus sign below my transitions so I can add my own stinger?

I have tried re-installing OBS but still not working.

Just select stinger transition after that go to the transition properties and select transition file

Click in the list, you can add it there.
