Question / Help Can't Get Audio To Delay

I've been reading forums posts all morning and was able to get my webcam to sync up to my game capture but I can't seem to get my audio to match. I have a Zoom H4N usb'd as a dedicated mic input. I'm just in the OBS window, not streaming.

I've tried the Mixer's Sync Offset setting and using the H4N as the webcam's audio input to match the webcam's delay. Nothing seems to work and now I have more gray hairs than I started with.

Don't add the mic as the webcam's audio device, just select it under Settings > Audio. The sync offset option in the mixer should be all that's necessary. How far out of sync are the mic and webcam? What values have you been trying for the offset?

A little more than a second. I was able to sync my webcam at 800ms and tried everything from 800 to 1200 on the mic I was able to get about 100ms offset but changing the value hasn't changed the actual delay.
